Being new to Shiatsu, I wasn't sure what to expect. Georgina took time to explain being held in Shiatsu and it's benefits to mind and body. She made me feel relaxed and confident. Georgina explored the benefits specific to my individual needs and personal history. The treatment rooms are a little hidden haven and it is easy to forget you're in Chesptow town centre. The session was deeply relaxing and I felt suspended in a blissful state between sleep and wakefulness. Post session, Georgina invited me to discuss interpretation of the session and gave advice to further advance the benefits. I have felt more energised since the session and would definitely explore further sessions.
